To maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations, never send patient charts, medical records, clinical notes, or unredacted documents to PHIPass support. If reporting an extraction issue or bug, please describe the document format and error code, or use an entirely synthetic, made-up test document.
